Placing Your Order

We only display items that are in stock and available to be shipped (except when shipped from the manufacturer). If it's not on the site, it's not currently in stock. We can't accept orders for items that are out of stock.

All available sizes for a particular item are displayed on the product detail page. If the item is no longer available in a certain size, that size will be greyed out. We are constantly adding new products daily and work hard to ensure our website has the most updated inventory. Please continue to review our online catalogue for any updates.

We currently accept online payments with several payment methods. A full list of available payment methods will be displayed at the checkout when placing your order.

We reserve the right to withhold any order from despatch to process further security checks. This can delay an order for up to 36 hours. If your offer to purchase goods is refused, any money paid by you will be refunded.

How do I change the currency on the site?

Click the appropriate currency symbol at the top right of the page. When you click one of these symbols, the page you are on will refresh and all prices will be displayed in your new currency. Prices will be displayed in your new currency until you change it again, even if you leave the site and come back later.

Can I change my order?

If you wish to change your order, you will need to contact the Customer Services team as soon as possible after placing your order. This is because we start processing the order as soon as the order confirmation email is sent. This enables us to provide you with the quickest possible service. While changes to orders may be requested, changes will only be made if your order has not yet been processed.

Do I have any Legal Protection?

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to non-excludable consumer guarantees in relation to the goods you purchase from us. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. For additional information on your rights under the consumer guarantee provisions of the Australian Consumer Law, please visit www.accc.gov.au/consumers/buying-products-and-services/consumer-rights-and-guarantees. If you believe that your card has been used for an unauthorised transaction, we recommend you contact your card issuer and the local Police department. If you think you are the victim of identity theft you can also report this to government services such as IDCARE (idcare.org). 

Sales Tax:

For any customer purchasing goods inside New Zealand or Australia GST is included within the price shown at the applicable rate for that country. UK customers ordering goods with an intrinsic value below £135 will also have UK VAT included. For any customers purchasing outside the above conditions all prices exclude any applicable VAT/GST. This VAT/GST will be levied by the relevant authorities once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be borne by the recipient.

Customs & Duty:

For orders shipping to the UK, EU  and Canada, any relevant duties & taxes will be displayed and collected at the checkout. For orders shipping to other countries, any import duties, or similar charges due on your order will be levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we advise you to contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note that our order process maintains a secure connection. This means that all the personal information you enter will be encrypted so it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. To find out more about this read the help file section 'Your Security' . Complete all the details required on this page carefully, ensuring that all the fields are completed fully. Then click the purchase button. Your order will then be confirmed, and then delivered. 

By proceeding through the checkout process, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Neither submitting an electronic order form nor completing the checkout process constitutes our acceptance of your order. A binding contract will exist from the moment of despatch of goods. 

We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge that we have received and are processing your order. The duration of our contract with you will start from when we despatch the products, until the last day of your right to cancel.
