Overview

We want you to be entirely fulfilled with any purchases from Australian Olympic Team Online Shop and will do whatever we can within our policy to ensure that you remain a satisfied customer of ours – that's the spirit behind our store and our returns policy.

To commence a product return please contact our Customer Service Team and provide details about your return. Further instructions will be provided by our Customer Service team.

What is your returns policy?
Refunds

Our quality control team inspects all deliveries from the Australian Olympic Team Online Shop to ensure the goods you receive meet our quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged item/s please contact us via Customer Service. In most cases, we will ask for photographic evidence of the fault or damage.

We are happy to accept the return of goods for a full refund within 14 days of receipt by you if a product is not of satisfactory quality i.e. faulty. Australian Olympic Team Online Shop will gladly assume responsibility for postage and handling costs associated with the return of faulty products. Please contact our Customer Service Team before sending back a faulty/damaged item as we will be able to provide you with a Reply Paid address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be process and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or PayPal account, within a few business days.

Exchanges

Our exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. 

We can only process exchanges for a different size in the original product purchased. An exchange is only possible if we have the size in stock. If the size is not available, we will let you know and issue you with a credit on the store valid for 12 months.

If you would like to exchange your item for a completely different item, we will issue you store credit for you to put towards a new order. The store credit will be valid for 12 months.

You will be responsible for any postage costs associated with sending back an item.

We recommend sending your item back with registered post and obtaining a tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

All discounted items purchased are final sale. This includes all items that are on sale and/or in the clearance section of Australian Olympic Team Online Shop. These are non-returnable and not valid for exchange under any circumstance.

What information do I need to send with my return?

Goods must be returned in original condition, unworn and with tags attached. Please ensure you have your supporting documentation as proof of purchase.
