Can I pay over the phone?

Can I pick up my product from your warehouse/shop?

The Australian Olympic Team Online Shop is online only, and we do not offer pick ups.

How fast will my item arrive and what are your shipping charges?

Can I track my order?

Yes - we will email you a tracking notification when your order is dispatched.

An item I received is faulty - how do I request a refund?

Please visit our Returns page for information on requesting a refund.

What if I don't like a product - or if it's too big or too small?

While refunds are not provided for change of mind, we do accept the exchange of garments for a different size within 14 days of receipt by you, as long as the product is returned in its original condition, unworn and with the tag still attached. If the new size is not available, our Customer Service Team will contact you.
